Envisioned by the maternal instinct of two kids, Claire, our founder, owner and lead designer, took initiative to design and create a special and unique kids brand called Petite Hailey. Rooting in the Southern California lifestyle the dream got it's first wings with the opening of the first store in Pasadena, California. There she not only learned about the business but saw what it lacked. After interacting with countless mothers, consumers and brands she sought to fill that void. Thus Petite Hailey was born in 2018 where she launched her first spring/summer line.
